IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANT


Passport and visas


The most foreign citizens entering Slovenia must have valid passports. Nationalities of the European Union and Switzerland need only a national identity cards. Participants that need a visa may obtain one from the diplomatic authorities of Slovenia responsible for your country. A list of diplomatic authorities with contact information can be found at http://www.sigov.si/mzz/ang/.

The Local Organising Committee will assist participants who may have difficulties obtaining a visa. The Committee will provide you with all the necessary information at least three months in advance.

An official letter of invitation to assist administrative requirements of some countries of invitation will be available on request or electronically using this Web site.



Registration Desk


The Registration Desk, located in the Grand Reception Hall of Cankarjev dom, will be open during the following hours:

All participants and accompanying persons are requested to check in at the Registration Desk. The staff will be happy to provide any information needed.



Badges and Identification


Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge, which is to be worn at all times during congress activities and social events. Invitations to social events will be collected on entry.



Lunch tickets


Lunch tickets are NOT included in the registration fee. During the time of the Congress special meals for all congress participants will be offered in ESTAURANT CD, Cankarjev dom Cultural and Congress centre.

The restaurant has marvellous views over the city of Ljubljana and offers a wide range of light meals and lunches in a pleasant atmosphere.

Opening hours for participants: 11.00 - 15.00.



Meeting point/Message desk


A meeting point and the message desk will be located near the Registration Desk and Speaker Centre.
