2. EXHIBITION SPACE AND PRICES FOR RENTAL

Rental of Exhibition Space and Equipment

Basic stand materials needed for a standard display can be reserved in advance. Exhibitors may also rent additional equipment and services at an extra charge as offered in the exhibitor’s manual. This manual, including detailed information, instructions, drawings etc., will be provided to interested exhibitors after we receive a completed application form.

The stands are either equipped or unequipped. Below you can see a draft of an equipped stand of 9 sqm (the size can vary according to your needs) and a draft of double panel.

An equipped stand has:

  • octa panels

  • 2 bookshelves

  • 1 desk or counter, 2 chairs

  • carpet

  • the AC power socket

  • panel with the exhibitor’s inscription

Telephone or internet connection is not included in the price and has to be ordered separately. Upon receipt of the signed registration form, the Technical Instructions with all necessary data and instructions for the exhibition will be sent to you.

3. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

  • Thirty percent (30 %) on submittion of Application Form

  • Seventy percent (70 %) within 8 bank days after the invoice issue

Application form should be sent to the below address along with the transfer slip paying for the initial 30 % of the stand cost. The contract shall be established and put into effect upon the Exhibitor’s payment of 30 % of the stand cost.
Invoice for the rest of the basic costs of participation (70 %) will be sent to the exhibitor by the organiser and is payable within 8 bank days after the invoice issue.

4. CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to Infos d.o.o., Ljubljana Refunds will be approved after the Congress as follows:

70 % for cancellations before April 27, 2004
50 % for cancellations before May 21, 2004
No refunds after May 21, 2004.
