Ljubljana International Airport Brnik, situated 25 km northwest of the city

Bus transport from Ljubljana Airport to the City is regularly available on a daily
basis. Participants advising Kompas Travel Agency of their flight details will be
met and assisted upon arrival. Transfers from Ljubljana International Airport
Brnik to Ljubljana downtown (25km) will be available for cost of 20 EUR.

Local transportation
Regular transport services in Ljubljana function from 05:00 hours to 23:00
hours. Bus fares are paid by cash on buses or by plastic tokens (eton)
available at a reduced price in the Post Office and at the Congress registration
desk. All bus fares are identical in payment regardless of the distance travelled.
For bus trips outside Ljubljana we recommend you to contact the main bus
station (tel. 306 5200) or the Congress registration desk.
Taxis
A taxi service is available day and night.

Car parking
It is very difficult to find parking in the city centre. We kindly suggest you to
use car parking outside the centre and use the bus transport instead. The car
parking with limited number of places will be available for the duration of the
Congress close to the Congress Center in Trg Republike square parking lot at
the cost of 12 EURO /day.
Shopping
Opening hours from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00. Some shops
are open continually from 09.00 to 19.00 h. Most shops are closed on
Saturday after 13.00 h and all day on Sunday.
