ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Participants wishing to present their research findings should submit an abstract for the consideration of the Scientific Committee.

Choose one topic from the list of topics which best describes the content of your research. Abstracts should be in English and be prepared according to the following format:

  • Title

  • Authors

  • Affiliation

  • Background

  • Objectives

  • Methods and subjects

  • Findings

  • Conclusion (the conclusion should be a clear, brief statement; do not use statements like “the findings will be discussed”).

Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form and should be no longer than 3600 characters (2 pages maximum). Please use the Abstract Submission Form at http://intranet.efrr.domovanje.com and please take care to follow the submission instructions given on the website.

The general abstract deadline is November 30th, 2003. Authors will receive confirmation that their abstract has been received. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and information regarding acceptance and scheduling will be sent to authors by January 20th, 2004.

Only abstracts of authors who have paid registration fees by April 1st, 2004 will be scheduled in the final programme, printed in the Book of Abstracts and included in the Congress web-site.


Proceedings

All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed to all participants with a full registration to the EFRR Congress.


Official Language

The official language of the conference is English.
